Exercise of The Day with Instructions: Hammer Strength Decline Single Press

Starting Position: Position yourself in the machine with your back against the pad and your feet flat on the floor. Grip a handle with your right palm turned down.
Execution: Exhale as you press the handle away from you until your arm has just a slight bend in it. Inhale as you slowly return the handle back down to the starting position. Repeat on other side as required.
