Exercise of the Day w/Instructions: Standing Narrow Grip Lat Pull Down

Starting Position: - Stand in front of a Lat Pull Down machine. Grasp the bar, palms turned away from you, with your hands closer than shoulder width apart.
Execution: - Exhale as you pull the exercise bar down to the top of your chest. Inhale as you slowly allow the bar to return to the starting position. Repeat as required.
