Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Transformation Contest!

I was just talking with my buddy Vince DelMonte and he was telling me about his latest sky diving and white water rafting adventures while in Colorado. And he’s got something really cool planned for you too…

He mentioned that he’s giving away $3,000 in cash prizes for getting as lean and possible or as muscular as possible - which is something you are going to do anyways!

Vince is running a 12-week transformation contest and he’s giving away prizes in 3 different categories. I really believe that goals with deadlines are just dreams and his transformation contest could be the solution to finally getting yourself an amazing set of before and after pictures.

Here are the prizes:

Best Male Skinny Guy Transformation:
1st place - $1,000

Best Male Chubby Guy Transformation:
1st place - $1,000

Best Overall Female Transformation:

for proof of date plus a few candid after photos of your choice.

be voting on the winners.

7) In addition to providing Before and After photos, you must
write a 300 word essay that summarizes your success story.
