Let’s face it, when it comes to bodybuilding and fitness, there’s a lot of crap out there. Go online and take a look around, and you’ll find that it’s nothing more than an endless mass of “magic supplements”, “miracle programs” and “revolutionary breakthroughs”.
For those looking to gain lean muscle mass, burn through stubborn body fat and increase their strength, it can often be a nightmare trying to find an honest and credible source of information to follow.

It never ceases to amaze me how incredibly misguided the vast majority of the population is in the gym. Everyone is desperate for that wide, powerful and muscular physique, yet very few understand how to properly channel their efforts to get there.
For most aspiring lifters, it’s all about building a huge chest and arms. Week after week they slave away on endless sets of bench presses and barbell curls in search of the rippling muscle gains they want so badly.
Not surprisingly, those gains never appear in any significant form.

The margin of time that determines muscle building success or failure in the gym is a heck of a lot shorter than you might think. Just as fraction-of-a-second moments during a 100 metre dash will make or break a sprinter’s race, fraction-of-a-second moments will also make or break your body’s muscle growth response in the gym.
In fact, your entire margin of success in the gym can ultimately be reduced to just a short time span of 60 seconds. That’s correct, how you choose to handle a short 60 second time period during your workouts will translate to either poor, mediocre or significant muscle building results.

Body Re-Engineering was designed by Hugo Rivera, a guy who much like the rest of us, was not born with great genetics. He was overweight throughout his childhood and then during his early teen years got afflicted with anorexia as he did not know how to go about losing his extra weight. After that, he spent years studying every article ad book on exercise and nutrition as well testing and documenting what worked and what didn’t. The end result of all this work was not only a championship physique, but also a system that can be used by anyone to achieve the shape that they are looking for. Body Re-Engineering is the system as it will literally re-engineer the way you look.

Having full, pumped biceps with distinct peaks is the classic sign of a true bodybuilder. But what if you’re a serious guy who trains them every week, only to find them exactly the same size as last year? Or worse yet, the year before that?
If this sounds like you, take a step back and look at the big picture. Whatever you’re doing right now is obviously not working. Instead, let’s turn a fresh page and approach the issue from a new angle. Here is a 10-week recipe for jump-starting even the most stubborn biceps.

21st Century bodybuilding has become a complicated business. It seems that to get anywhere in this game nowadays, you’ve got to have PHD level knowledge on everything from nutrition to kinesiology, from chemistry to, dare I say it, psychology. We’re constantly being bombarded with state of the art research about everything from metabolic typing to visualization, from chemical sub-structures to ECG graph print-outs. It’s enough to make an old school iron pumper growl in disgust. Fortunately for the several million of us who would like to keep things simple, however, there is one muscle building truism that will never change, no matter how far our sport meanders into technical triviality: to build huge and freaky muscle mass you’ve got to haul heavy poundage.

1. Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
My formal education background believe it or not is in Computer Engineering. I graduated from the University of South Florida back in 1998. So the question is: how did I end up from engineering to being a competitive bodybuilder and best selling fitness author?

Without goals we are like a ship on the middle of the see, just drifting away with no sense of direction. It just goes with the flow, so to speak, and if it ever gets you where it is just by mere accident. In order to achieve success in our bodybuilding program, ur goal should be clearly defined and engrained in our brains. Otherwise, like the boat on the example above, if you get anywhere it will be by mere chance.
