Exercise Of The Day: Incline Cable Pullover

Starting Position: Place an incline bench in front of a low pulley and attach a bar to it. Sit on the bench and grip the bar behind your head with your arms outstretch and palms turned up.

Movement: Exhale as you pull the bar over your head and above your chest. Keep your arms straight with just a slight bend in them. Inhale as you return the bar back down to the starting position. Repeat as required.

Note: This exercise can also be performed on an exercise ball.
