Fitness Tip: Cooling down should be part of every workout routine - A cool down helps your body recover from the stress of exercise and helps the circulatory system return to a resting state. Not cooling down can lead to dizziness and fainting… not a good idea with sharp metal objects typically found in gyms! A typical cool down can be light aerobic exercise at a slow rate or stretching.

Exercise of The Day: Upper Pulley Flies

Starting Position: Attach a handle to two upper pulleys and stand between them with your feet shoulder width apart. Grip the handles with your palms turned down.
Execution: Exhale as you pull the handles down and together at chest level. Your arms should have just a slight bend in them. Inhale as slowly return the handles back up to the starting position. Repeat as required.
